01 Are you empanelled with government departments?
Yes — we are empanelled with the Information & Public Relations Department, Govt. of Bihar, and with LSBA (Lohia Swachh Bihar Abhiyaan, BRLPS–JEEViKA), the Aga Khan Foundation, Prince's Trust (UK) and PCI. We are also MSME Udyam registered. The details are on the Credentials page.
02 How quickly does a quotation come back?
Send the brief and the deadline through the enquiry form or by phone. A written quotation, with credentials attached, comes back within two working days. For anything urgent, call +91 94310 42102 rather than emailing.
03 Do you shoot outside Patna?
Yes. We are based in Patna and Ranchi and have delivered statewide work — 38 district-level films for the Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission, and a month-long coverage of the Prime Minister's S2S programme at Motihari.
04 Which languages do you deliver in?
Hindi first, with English versions where the audience needs them — the Directorate of Tourism films, for instance, were made in Hindi and English. Concept and scripting are done in-house.
05 What is handed over at the end of a project?
A master copy in the format the work order specifies — broadcast output with SDI IN/OUT that meets DD and private-channel delivery standards — plus DVD or CD copies and shorter TVC cuts where the order asks for them.
06 Can you supply the paperwork a tender needs?
Yes. The Udyam registration certificate, company profile, register of assignments and sample client letters are on the Credentials page, ready to download.
