Our story

Making films in Bihar since 1994

Vision Enterprises is a media production house — a complete digital solution — established in Patna (Bihar) and Ranchi (Jharkhand). It has been actively producing high-quality films since 1994, and offers every stage, from concept and scripting through shooting and animation to post-production.

Over the years the company has developed and delivered films and advertisements for the Government of Bihar, Doordarshan, private broadcasters such as Zee TV, and a range of corporate and development-sector clients — from a 17-episode series on DD Bihar to 38 district-level films for the Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission.

  1. 1994

    Vision Enterprises begins producing films

    The company starts actively producing high-quality films.

  2. 2017

    Champaran Satyagraha Shatabdi Samaroh

    A 30-minute documentary for I&PRD, Government of Bihar, and coverage of the month-long programme, including the President's programme at Patna.

  3. 2018

    S2S programme and 38 district films

    A film and coverage of JEEViKA's S2S programme, including the Prime Minister's programme at Motihari on 10 April; then 38 district-level films for the Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission.

  4. 2020

    Human Chain 2020

    A film on the Human Chain for the Information & Public Relations Department, with the team on location at Vaishali.

  5. 2022

    Election Commission work and Udyam registration

    Work for the State Election Commission on the Nagar Palika General Election 2022, and MSME Udyam registration on 1 December.

  6. 2023

    G-20 Summit

    Official media partner of the Art, Culture & Youth Department — videography and photography of the programme.

  7. 2025

    Finance Department films

    15 short films on Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and 5 short films on the Bihar Budget 2025.

  8. 2026

    River-linking project film

    A film on the Bagmati–Burhi Gandak river-linking project at Belwadhar, for the Water Resources Department.

Rajesh Ranjan

Director

An engineering graduate with 22 years of industry experience, who loves to edit films and has produced and edited over 500 documentaries, tele-films, short films, training films, serials and game shows for clients such as UNICEF, JEEViKA, the Government of Bihar, Zee TV and DD.
